Very good customer service. This is my second time at this location I’ve been here last year and I visited today also. I just want to say the sales associate Ms Deborah needs a raise!!! She’s so patient and knowledgeable. She helped me at both of my visits with my three girls for their school uniforms. my first time I was 9months pregnant and she did everything for me . Finding the right size of pants, shirts, etc really love her kindness, she loves her job and it shows and she’s very great with children. She made my shopping experience here 1000 x better. All in all they sales associates there are helpful. But Ms Deborah #1!!

Super friendly and helpful too besides the fact that when I asked them if they had bed sheets the lady told me no even tho they did but love shopping there for my kids

I arrived at cookieskids to purchase uniforms for my son. Amy the salesperson had assisted me with purchasing the uniforms to buy in person and online so the uniforms have be ordered with my sons school logo. I was very pleased with the experience I had that day. I also browsed throughout the store and noticed the have variety of cloths for my 6 old. I will definitely return to purchase him non uniform clothes, they also have reasonable prices and sales.

I came across a staff member who was very helpful yup she is really good. But then i went downstairs ask for under pants and this other staff sent me back up them step omg guess what no under pants up there mercy was i mad my my anyways i got the school pants i wanted but it could not fit my son.

Google said open at 9:30am. I get there then it said open at 10:15am. 10:30am and still not open. How can we let customers know when the store is actually open vs a scheduled open time?

I ordered online. The clothes and prices are great, however, their clothes run small. Furthermore, I should not have to pay to return the items because their sizing is off. I ordered the same size my daughter wears at other stores like Walmart and Children's Place. I emailed customer service about this and they responded the next day. This stores items a bit more expensive than the stores I normally shop at but since I'm new to New York City I wanted to give this store a try because I like their designs. However I would not be shopping here ever again.
