CoolFitness classes are held inside Elite Training Center in The Chiropractic Care Center Plaza on Rt 50/Main St Bridgeport. We are located at the very end of the parking lot, plaza is near Oliverio's Restaurant. Licensed instructors, Kristen Cooley and Jennifer Albright have been rocking it out together at this location since 2011, but have been teaching and loving this dance inspired workout for years prior. Stop by any class to check it out. RULE #1- You have to let loose and be able to laugh at yourself, that's all it takes to have an awesome time, the workout is just a bonus!
