Been in probate with this law firm for almost 2 years with no progress, the lawyer went on maternity leave and dropped my case. The new lawyer I have did more in just the consultation 30 minutes than this office did in that, close to 2 years. Also I was explained much more about how things proceed and had much more clear explanation of the estate then I did from Cooney. I do not recommend this firm unless you want to pay ridiculous fees just to get the process rolling when they clearly know how much a person is receiving and that they will get paid. Also they took 500$ from me when I attempted to pay the next fee they wanted and tacked it on my bill when I blatantly told them I'm giving this money to proceed the case. I've still not to receive a response from them on a possible refund as it was their mistake. Unprofessional. Very Shady. Good luck all.

I was charged with a DUI and Cooney law gave me the best service and I’m very pleased and satisfied with their services. They were courteous, kind, very  respectful and very professional. They make you feel like family. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure everting is right and to the best of your satisfaction. I would recommend Cooney law for all that get a DUI and any other law issues you may have. They have treated me great. Note: those who have never had a DUI before decline the Feilds Sobriety test and breathalyzer at the jail and call Cooney law.

They know their stuff.. I really trust these guys. They've been helpful in different legal situations, fixing deeds, personal injury, power of attorney. I have dealt with the Cooney Law Offices several times through the years . I needed to update my will . Some work was done over the phone . And I went in today and signed the new will . Jennifer was my lawyer . I found her to be a very nice young lady . All the paper work was in order . So they make it easy to finish up . They are friendy , professional . I felt comfortable working with them . If I need a lawyer in the future . I will not hesitate to call them . A+++

Cooney Law Offices handled my case with efficiency and knowledge from their long standing experience and great client service.

I called around to about 10 different lawyer offices after I got my dui. Some called back quickly some not at all. I received numerous quotes ranging from 2k to 5k for the county case alone, paying separately for the DOL trial. Which most wanted 1-2k for. When I seen the billboard for Cooney Law I figured it would be overpriced and perhaps a large enough outfit they only cared about numbers in court and not the clients outcome but what did I have to lose after some of the quotes I had gotten. So I called real quick. Not only was my call answered immediately, but I was able to sit with Dallas Cooney the next day, free of charge. He looked over the documents I had, listened to my experience then told me how he could help. The price for his office’s services was on the lower end but the  service I received made me feel as if I paid up for the best legal team in Spokane. The fee I was charged was a flat rate for the court and DOL trial. The communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly. My case wasn’t just a number to them, you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and they thoroughly went through my case and got me the best result possible, which I believe is all you can ask for when messing up like I did. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any legal issue and I’d recommend them to anyone I’m need of legal assistance.
