Today I was at cooper Linden electric in Linden I was at the counter putting my order together for a 200 amp service. The counter guy Dave Darden really stepped up and help me put together my materials he noticed there were a couple of key items I was missing to complete my emergency service upgrade! For years I watched this individual really step up from a warehouse picker to a manager! Great job Dave and thank you for help today and over the years! You make using cooper an easy decision! Went in to buy just 1 pipe of 11/4 by 10 ft. Place was very clean, products out in the open so that people could see and friendly customer service. Was greater polity and helped on just minutes. Will definitely buy from there again.

When I called I got Randy on the phone he help me right away and 35% cheaper than my local supply house in Staten Island. Then they delivered my order the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

manager CHRISTOPHER MACKOWSKI was rude & unprofessional to handle my returns/exchange. bought a $2000 stuff, one of the starter motor control $ 442.19 didn't work was defective. He totally refused to even exchange it in an unprofessionally Rudy behavior. WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Sometimes takes a little extra to get your order ready, just depends on the time. Other than that, good customer service.

We have paid more than 25,000 dollars for a generator installed and service contract fees and fees for regular maintenance . However , this past Friday night when the electricity went out - the generator did NOT kick in at all Effectively the whole Friday night was without air conditioning - light and our sump work inoperable When we my husband called - we were advised that we will be an charged overtime rate !! And that “ someone will come first thing Monday morning!!” No sign as yet What are we paying them for ? Totally dissatisfied with the service
