Excellent care from the moment you walk in, through your appointment with friendly, caring, and knowledgeable doctors, to your exit, and follow up care. A rarity today in the medical profession where most places treat you as a number or simply a revenue generator. I have brought my whole family under their care and auspices.
This place was amazing when Dr.Patel was working there, now i wouldnt send my dog there. The new doctor that took over for him has ignored all my diagnosis, judged me, took me off the medication that i need to function daily and made me lose my job. Very unprofessional and unethical. She had judged me because of my past, and the reason of my past was due to not being diagnosed with the conditions dr.patel helped me address, so i was self medicating. until dr. patel saved my life and put me on the right medications that work for me. It took trying out several different kinds but we finally got it, now this woman comes in and in one visit just takes me off my medicine, i lost my job as a paralegal bc i couldnt function without my medication. I am now in a deep depression and 10xs worse than i have ever been. She has made me regress and literally ruined my life. Like i said i wouldnt send my dog here. and Im not the only one she has done this too. I have several friends and family that seen dr.patel and when DR. CANVER took over it was the worst thing they could have ever done. so i wouldnt suggest going there unless you want to be judged, and have your life literally ruined, i cant even function becuase shes messed my medications up so bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! Especially if you have her as your doctor!
Place has gone to hell since my dr passed . They don’t care about people’s anxiety or depression . But they give pills to people who don’t have it then they sell them on the street ! Any recommendations on a new dr that accepts state insurance out there ? Who cares about people with mental health?
Used to love the practice because i had a great doctor! Dr. Patel took amazing care of my 91 yo grandmom and the rest of my family! My job, we refer our people there upon discharge. Not anymore. Had the absolute worst experience tonight with the “doctor “ that im now made to see in replace of Patel. . Waited 2 hours, she treated me horrible and I won’t be back….my family won’t be back…and i will no longer be referring my people there. Such a shame. You should really treat people with respect because you never know who they might be or what your words can do to someone. And im being nice right now….
Had my surgery canceled because my doctors office couldn't get Cooper office to send forms to them. They tried 4 times and I tried day before surgery. They said they would send and never did. Took vacation time to have surgery. Not a good way to keep me as a patient.
Great doctors office and staff everyone is very friendly and they help with everything that will make your health better. You get notes of your visit afterwards and they summarize everything in the best way possible.
I have only been in the area for a couple years and I decided to go here for my primary and other specialists. So far I have been able to see three specialists at same location,this has made it very convenient. In addition, i love the docs that i see, they actually talk to the others and this consolidation of my care has been invaluable. The Cooper My Chart app allows me to see labs, xrays and med notes. When other offices were closed during covid, they re-opened with all covid requirements. I can't say enough about the staff- they have put up with my tardiness&mood swings - always caring and respectful. Thanks to all.
If I could give them NO stars I would. They are awful. The front staff isn't helpful and love to give you the run around. I just needed to see a physician but was turned away because I didn't have a photo ID... They then turned around and cancelled my follow up appointment. I have serious medical issues that need to be tended to promptly and I can't afford this run around. I'd suggest finding another PCP if I were you. Also the office is dirty.
They are so slow! I needed to get 4 shots for school the lady refused to give them to me. Said I need to get blood work done first to see if I'm immuneed to them!? They're basic vaccines shots you need to get. I explained to her I couldn't wait to get the blood work I needed the shots so I could work in the lab for school.. she still refused!! WTH thanks for making me sit out and lose hours!
I've been coming to Cooper since I was a Teenager. I used to see Doc Auerbach . He was Awesome. Such a selfless person. He helped my Son that had Leukemia before he died. I will be forever grateful to him. The staff and other Doctors mean so much to me. They are professional and careing. Of course there's a waiting time . They are good at what they do. You will not leave without being cared for. If people stay with cooper system long enough they would see what I see. A Giving and caring Staff of Doctors Nurses and other Professionals that love what they do. God Bless you all at Cooper. I have an upcoming appt on July 3rd and I look forward to seeing them again.
