Our crisp Bordeaux white, Sauvignon Blanc is your "go to" summer wine. A pail straw color, it has hints of refreshing grapefruit, tart green apple, and juicy pineapple. Enjoy with chilled salads, Pacific Rim - inspired dishes, or grilled chicken skewers with fruit salsa. Take tis one along in your next picnic.

Barbera 2012 ($28)
Curiouser and curiouser. Like Alice, you’ll fall down the rabbit hold with our 2010 Barbera. Go down past the strong plum notes on the nose and past the clocks and cabinetry. Along the way you’ll find peppery notes on the front palate, and an oak and mineral conclusion. This barrel aged vintage doesn’t come with a tag that reads ‘drink me.’ But we think the Cooper Vineyards label is enough.
Syrah 2021 ($26)
Kublai Khan once offered an entire city for a ruby as sizable as this one. This Syrah is sensual: with bright cherry, balanced tannins, and a velvety oak feel rivaled only by silk sheets. Truly a wine worthy of royalty.

Essence of raspberry and cherry flavors. Soft mouthfeel with a chocolate cocoa finish. Think chicken Cacciatore or any pasta with red sauce.
