I've had 3 visits here. Have not been let down once. Two of my visits were with Dr. Slenker. I've had major shoulder/back/neck issues for years. This is the first Ortho I've ever visited for this issue but not the first doctor. The physical exam was quick but thorough, he was able to pinpoint or narrow down issues that agreed with what my body was going through. The referrals were entirely appropriate, he wasn't just a gatekeeper like many doctors are nowadays - referral after referral like I've gone through before. Dr. Slenker's bedside manner was top notch. He looks you in the eye, not the computer screen when he listens -- and he does listen and take into account what you have to say. My 3rd visit was with Butch Frank for physical therapy. This was my second PT visit ever and first to Coordinated Health, but I learned more about what is wrong and what my body is going through more than any other doctor's visit. My PCP should know these things and how to test my different muscles, reflexes, weak joints, muscle and posturing issues. Dr. Slenker and Butch did. Why can't all the family doctors and internal medicine doctors I've had throughout the years teach me this stuff? At least before referring me out of their office. This is the first time I've been able to get answers and solutions in all of the sporadic doctor visits and referrals I've done over the years. Thank you Coordinated Health, Dr. Slenker and the physical therapy associates. I already know I'm in good hands.
Learned today that my therapist PTA was let go from your Lehighton office. Seriously a bad decision on your part. He was a great PTA and an asset to your Lehighton office. He worked well with my PT therapist. You seriously made a HUGE mistake letting him go when you had another choice in that office. Seriously disgusted with your decision Coordinated Health... HUGE MISTAKE HUGE!!!!!
My 10 minutes of talking with a doctor cost 634. OMG. Ridiculous. Non participating. I wasnt told and found out too late. I will not return. Just OMG.
