Coos Bay Chapel

Very rude, impatient and condescending on the phone, especially when talking about a very sensitive subject. Spoke to some "man" on the phone who changed my mind about using them for any service.

Excellent experience, if you can these are very kind and special folks. 95.00 paw print and nose. Peekus through up while he passed on his blanket, these folks washed and sanitized everything. I only wish that I could give more 1eh. Thank you

The burial services that Coos Chapel provided to our family in a time of great sorrow was excellent. Tom and the other staff members were caring and very helpful. They responded quickly and handled all of your needs efficiently and with great kindness. We did not feel rushed or as though we were getting a saless pitch. The people here care. We would highly recommend them for any family.

These people are awesome. I had to deal with them over the phone as I live out of town. When my sister passed away and before since she was terminal they were ALWAYS genuine, polite, compassionate, warm, professional yet not "business like". It was so difficult to decide which funeral home to contact since I am not from the area. At first I contacted what I thought was a local company and then realized they were a national chain and they DID NOT tell me that when I called. National chains DO NOT give you the personal service I think you would desperately need during these difficult times. But, Coos Bay Chapel DOES. I called to ask them if they were related to or affiliated with the national chain and they were kind enough to answer my questions how it would work if I went through a that national chain, yet they did NOT pressure or even ask me to do business with them. I was IMPRESSED not only with that but just the genuine voice on the other end Dani. They kept me informed at all times and were VERY easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend!

I lost both of my cats and they were both like my kids; Hissy and Hope. Tom was so empathetic and took great care in helping me with the loss of my babies. Wanda
