Description

Known as Fall's Finest Festival, the Fair has been sponsored by the Rome Exchange Club continuously since its founding in 1949. Since it's beginning, the Coosa Valley Fair has marked the beginning of fall for the residents of the Coosa Valley. The 69th Annual Coosa Valley Fair will be held October 3-7, 2017.

It was so much fun!! But could use some more fair games otherwise it was a great experience!!
ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR THIS EVENT ARE LISTED WITH MY PHOTOS, I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO LOAD THEM TO MY RATING PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT! My kids loved it! I was so excited to watch them enjoy rides and games! The parking was okay for healthy people but handy cap accessibility was not visible to my eyes , there were people that were using canes and having trouble being able to walk ..but had to walk up from parking lot 6 ‍out of breath having to stop and take time to keep going. We got up to the entrance finally lol. Admission was $5.00 per person and we had four people $20.00. There where bathrooms and hand washing stations. They put safety Matt’s down over wires and the staff where friendly and they did check to make sure peoples belts and locks where good on the rides, the food court was huge… lines everywhere and really greasy, threw together.. they quickly started running out of supplies and the a lot of the time the vendors where overwhelmed with people and started loosing business. Tickets where high and did not go far unless you had the bracelets. Meet lots of friendly people that we enjoyed conversation with… thank you for your time we enjoyed you we saw competitions on cheer .. we really enjoyed the shining star group they where amazing! Way to go to all the cheer groups for your efforts and hard practice… keep up the positivity one thing that stood out was the animals; the cattle,sheep etc…. They where so nice and took care of they look real good and healthy, they where displayed nicely and walked around fairly good! Great job live stock. After all the fun we had we where kaput ,tired and ready to go home.. it was pretty fast on the existing and getting home. I rate five because of the joy and experience of the fair is so important and wonderful for the community in all aspects from money ,helping fund our town and our families in need and to have a community we can know will come together and be like a family! It’s about the support, thanks Rome.
Had a Great time at Chiaha Arts Festival, the Live Music was a blast! Met up with friends Millie Lockley and David Strain
The fair is always great but the staff has been excellent at any event we've ever been to at the grounds. Always clean, and always very organized.
Loved it Great Food Funnel came with Strawberry perfect. Great f a rm animals Anazing trapeze family show
Great place to take your family and just enjoy the day go have fun
We had our petting zoo at the Spring in the Valley festival and it seemed to be a nice place. Bathrooms could use a little work but, it is at a fairgrounds facility. So, that is to be expected. Lots of parking. Horse trailer parking. Over night parking unsure of. Looked nice to me though.
Very nice venue and friendly staff. Already planning to be back for River Jam next year.
Incredibly crowded of course runs had the same fairgrounds for 100 years time to expand people enough with your stupid tennis courts and bridges
Optimist Luncheon was precious
