Cop Town Uniforms

Absolutely horrid customer service. Went into the store and bought boots, uniform shirts and pants. Was told the pants and shirts would be available after a week. Called in after the week and the clerk couldn't even find the order , stating they would call me back later in the day when they could find the order I made with them in store. Did not receive a call. Called the next day and was given the run around about issues with their supplier. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week for my pants to be in. When I finally walked in this is now 2 weeks after the in house order was placed the pants they had were not even the right size. When asked for a refund was told that they do not issue refunds. At no point prior to actually paying for the uniforms was I told they had a no refunds policy. The clerk merely referred to it by stating "Well its on the receipt". Meaning that the only time they tell you about this is after you've already paid for it and have no choice either way. Do not waste your time with them.

I am not sure how on earth some other review say this place is horrid. That is crazy!!! I called 3 times and they were fantastic. I then went into the store today and Leslie was outstanding. I will go back next week to get everything else needed for my daughter. I highly recommend Cop Town and will not be going anywhere but here. So professional and just amazing!!! They also hemmed all of my daughter's basketball warm-ups. I went back again August/2015 and got more stuff and had the same experience. They are so great and I highly recommend them.

In the store they are great, but when you try to call them the service sucks. I was on hold for 20 plus minutes. Otherwise, I have no problems with them. They even tailored my son's explorer shirt the same day.

I used to be in the IE and they are usually really nice and quick to help you out. They've messed up one order way back when but they made it right. They are also one of the only places that sell the heavy duty uniforms vs the thin material that Galls is pushing. They get it done.

Called and placed on hold for 5+ minutes. Rep never returned to waiting line.....line just went dead. So far not a good sign. Perhaps they were busy?.....smh.

Really not worth the time.
