Cindy was our server this morning on 08/31/2023, she was absolutely amazing super friendly and super attentive. Made us feel like family! Will deff be back thank you again for our delicious breakfast! And thank you to all the staff who made it so great! They also have amazing prices!Food: 5/5

***June 28 2022 **** 12 years and going strong ordering from Copans Cafe LOL The food is always fresh and always good. Our office orders all the time. Our newest favorite is the SAMPLER salad: egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad on lettuce. I came to update my review because its been since 2011 we have been ordering here! Fresh, clean and delicious and the quality is super consistent. If there is something wrong rate call the owner and let them make it right for you. Five stars from us! Turkey Club is always good. Got the warehouse hooked on that Older Review below What can I say other than the FOOD IS ALWAYS amazing 6 years and running for me as a customer!! I love the staff and all of the delivery drivers especially the older gentleman. I have only had my food late 3 times in 6 years due to weather etc. that's very reliable! Even when I bring my own lunches, I feel like a hot sandwich and soup etc. Breakfasts are amazing too! and their lunch specials have to ask for what those are. We love them here in our office.

I have been ordering lunch delivery for 20 years at least 4 times a week from here since it was called Sadie's and never had an issue till today. First of all COVID is done with so you should be bringing my food inside I shouldn't have to be leaving my job to go outside today had to go outside three times because the driver kept on forgetting things he also had three receipts three separate orders didn't know which receipt was he forgot my drink told me it might be in the car when I go outside he had left when we call,to let them know items are missing and orders are wrong we get told that the items that are missing cannot be taken off the bill and the person that answers the phone told us that they're running a business. Didn't try to offer any compensation at all what kind of business is that

I am from Minnesota and came here twice to eat. The service and food was great. Will definitely be back when here in Florida again.Food: 5/5

Chicken noodle soup was yummy, needed some pepper but I always douse My soup w pepper. Cindy my waitress was sweet and attentive. Cozy atmospere too.Food: 4/5

Long time ago food was great. Now try again 2x and still closed while app say open. Won't try it again

Quit my job at fedex down the road and decided to walk here for some chicken soup for the soul and a tuna sandwich. Wasn’t expecting anything great but honestly the soup was hot full of noodles and tasty and the tuna sandwich was also great with fresh veggies. I live in Hollywood but I will drive back this way for a meal again.

I gave another try with breakfast. And this time it look much better and I have ketchup. I really hate to do bad reviews but this time it was better. Thank you so much.

The foods not bad its pretty good only thing that bothered me a bit was that none of the people that mess with the food use gloves and touches the food bare hand. Little unappetizing to watch them grab my food and place it on the plate with their hands but i didnt really care to much, if you’re not the type of person to care about that too much then I recommend because the food is good but if you get bothered about that stuff then dont go

Honestly, it took a-lot for me to finally write this review. All i can say is, I’m beyond shocked on how someone can own a restaurant with such poor customer service. Your rudeness is unmatched. You gotta do better dear!
