While they may have beautiful furniture you can't see it. The place is so packed you can't even set in a recliner and test it out. So sad cause I know these small businesses are still struggling. Still for the prices I should be able to walk around the show room.
Been waiting for them to come look at mattress I have only had a year January 27th. Called before Christmas and three times since. Mattress is breaking down on edge and rippling on top. First new mattress I was able to get had other one ten years . Used stimulus check. Very disappointed should not be breaking down. They need to replace not ignore me
Phenomenal service - no pressure sales, and got the couch I wanted for a good price. Free delivery to boot - and they also delivered in the evening so I didn't need to take time off of work. Definitely going back when we buy our kitchen table set next year!
Great store with a wonderful selection of bedroom, dining room, and living room furniture. We bought all new furniture here after we lost our home and possessions to a fire. The owner helped us and was very professional and kind. I highly recommend this store! Shop local!!
After moving recently, we shopped local at Copeland Furniture, buying pieces for our living and bedroom. When we had an issue with a LaZBoy product, Brian helped us work with the LaZBoy rep to reach a happy outcome for us. Brian kept us posted every step of the way. I can’t say enough about the quality, selection and great customer service you’ll find at Copeland’s in downtown Adrian.
