I moved and tried calling them to up date my address, but they don't return my calls and they are still charge my prescription for diabetic test strips without given me the test strips for the past 2 months.
Charged my insurance for diabetic test strips two months in a row, never sent the strips, instead sent me a new machine with no strips included.
I been going here for past few months I thought they were great in here I figured nice n close to home last month I got my medicine n it's Pain meds I get every month last month I was missing a few pills but I didn't make a big deal about it mind you I have rods and screws In my back I am always in pain so I need the medication now this month I go get it I get home I count them that night I am short 10 pills so I called left a message on there answering machine explaining what happened the next day around 5 still haven't heard from them so I picked up the phone and called them the pharmacy says hold on I ck my inventory I am on hold for ten mins he gets back on n says can I call u back I say yes of coarse now he calls me back which I know what the answer is that his inventory is correct that I walked out with the correct amount of pills but I know I was short ten and I don't abuse it mind u I was telling everyone how nice this place is n everything we now they lost my bussiness n everyone I told so if you go make sure you count your pills before you leave there cause I dnt trust them also it happened to my friend also last month she was short a few pills n she stop going to them already so I am going back to my old pharmacy that I never had a problem with from day one I just thought this was convenient for me since I live down the street so I just want to give everyone a head up they sat there Iike I was the one lieing
Product sold was nearing the expiration date. Prices for some are crazy high.
