Such a cute place with fun waffles! My kids, husband and I stopped by here on our way through town and it did not disappoint. Probably one of the only places we have walked out of with no leftovers because the kids demolished their waffles! Kid-friendliness: We pulled a game off the shelf and played while we waited but we didn't have to wait long
Stopped here for Sunday brunch while visiting my sister and brother-in-law and really enjoyed the stop. We started with coffees and found them every bit as good as the big names stores. My wife ordered the Chicken and Waffles see picture and it was delicious. I ordered the Rookie see picture and loved the infused ham, potatoes and cheese. Gluten-free and vegan options are so nice. I had a gluten free apple pie waffle that did not disappoint. Made my whole trip! Also, the iced strawberry matcha latte is delicious!Food: 5/5

Had too try this place out! I am not usually a fan of Waffles or Pancakes, but once I had heard bout thus place, I knew I wanted too tey for breakfast someday...so glad today was that day! I had the Rookie, which is basically a deluxe Omellete in a Waffle! -SO DELISH! Also tried the Buscuits n Gravy, which was good as well, perfect Buscuit Taste to waffle with a good Sausage Gravy topping! ...both Excellent!! will be back to try others!!
Waffles were light and fluffy. Great toppings that weren't too sweet like some other breakfast places are. Good coffee and chai tea. Definitely planning to stop back when we're in town.Food: 5/5
Copper Dog Cafe is a Mandan treasure. I stopped in with a buddy the other day and had the biscuit and gravy waffle and an Americano, both were fantastic! Really wanted the chicken and waffle, will have to try that next time. I wandered around and appreciated all the work the owners and family put into the place, wonderful atmosphere. I wish you much success!

Fun, small town coffee and waffles shop. Had an amazing number of different waffles to try, from sweet strawberry cheesecake to savory chicken and waffles and everything in between!! Great atmosphere and a fun little patio out back. Had alot of fun drinks, both coffee and non- coffee. We tried and Italian soda and a lemon peach spritzer and what was basically a s'more in coffee form!! Would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area and would definitely stop by again! Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free option - a little bland but if you add toppings it is still pretty good.
I was traveling through Mandan ND, decided to stop in Copper Dog Cafe to do some paperwork. My visit was midafternoon with no one else in the cafe so service was very fast. I ordered a large black coffee which I felt tasted good. There were plenty of electrical outlets around the room to plug phones and computers in. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. My waffle tasted better than expected, a desert on top of the waffle with the waffle balancing the taste outs. Copper Dog Cafe warrants a visit if you make it to Mandan.
