It was a fortunate day when Justin stopped by my house to inquire if his company, Copper Tree, might inspect my roof for hail damage. I am normally leery of unsolicited input from strangers, but I checked out the company and they had great reviews, so I decided to trust them. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Justin was there when my insurance adjuster inspected the roof, and he guided the whole process. The work was professional and was completed in just one day, and the cleanup outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needed a new roof.

The best experience with a home repair ever. We had our roof replaced fence repaired and painted and gutters replaced from hail damage. Jeff and his whole company were efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Copper Tree Roofing without hesitation!

We used Copper Tree Roofing to repair our storm damage from April, 2019. They replaced the roof and gutters, fixed the water leak damage in the garage ceiling and were also able to get the insurance company to replace a couple of windows that had latent damage from the hail. They kept us informed the whole way, were very responsive to calls/texts, and did a great job on the repairs. One of the management team was there when the individual repairs began, frequently stayed for much of the job, and checked back personally when they did have to leave for a while. We also used them for some additional repairs that were unrelated to the storm damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Copper Tree was awesome! I filed my claim and they made sure to see the process through from beginning to end. I didn't have to do a whole lot once they took the wheel. My roof and my fence look great! Jeff Gibson and Clayton were the best. I even got a nice gift basket and a beautiful plant! Thank you guys again!

We worked with Greg, and our experience was amazing. We called them out for a simple shingle repair, and they thoroughly inspected our roof, and did what it took to get us in good condition. The communication was great, and I felt like they were very honest. Best of all-in high minimum visit charge. I will definitely use the company again I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!

Clayton and his team were great to work with. We had everything replaced and more that our last roofer did not do. They even got more money from our insurance company to replace our fence with a brand new 8 ft fence with extension! Highly recommend.

Had damages from the spring storms to the roof. Used Coppertree for my Emergency Fix til a permanent fix could be done. The customer service was good, but the fix to my skylight wasn't properly done and ruin the skylight permanently. Now I have to pay out of pocket since insurance won't cover due to the patch up job. Be warned and be knowledge about what is being done. I emailed the company and the company has yet to respond. They maybe good at fixing roofs, per the other ratings, but when you you have issues they are slow/or no response on getting back to you. I am having to find other means to have the issue resolved. Will update. 7/10/19 update. Clayton at Coppertree reached out to me. After much discussion and verification, the issue of the patch job will be settled. I am giving Clayton a 4 star for his Customer Service.
