Our Elizabethton clinic provides treatment for orthopedic and sports injuries, post-operative care, chronic pain, general weakness, and vertigo with specialties in SASTM, Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping. The team also provides sports event coverage to local teams for injury assessments and care.

My name is Steven Denton and when I started I had a frozen left shoulder, by the time I finished my physical therapy, I had my life back. Taylor, Madison, and the rest of the staff are complete pros who care about their patients. They respect boundries, don't try to convert you to any religion, and they listen. I've had horrible experiences in local medical offices, and was even attacked by Dr. Jeff Schoondyke in Johnson City, but my experience at CORA help restore my faith in medicine. Do not go anywhere else, go to this PT office if you want the best care, and never ever go to Karing Hearts Kardiology, they are vindictive liars, abusers, and cowards.

Cora Physical.  Therapy of Elizabethton is GREAT !! I had a complete Shoulder Replacement and was unable to use my arm hardly at all. Cora got me able to use it completely !!!!  I graduated yesterday after about 6-8 months of Therapy. Mine was a serious Surgery as I fell and completely crushed my shoulder . My Therapist, Madison, was so caring and patient with me. She had a plan of Exercises  to get me functional again. I would highly recommend Cora of Elizabethton . If I ever need Physical Therapy I will go back there again!!!!  They sent me home with a plan of exercises to make me even stronger and will be there to offer any support that I may need to continue my healing.

The TEAM of therapist at Cora are top in their field. There knowledge and friendliness have made my time in Therapy a joy. They helped me obtain far beyond my goals in regaining strength in my legs that I had lost after Chemo. My range of motion in my neck is a huge improvement as well as the trimmers and pain is 90% better. I can't say Thanks enough to Cora Physical therapy of Elizabethton TN.

The BEST PT clinic in town! Charles and Walker went above and beyond to make sure my knee healed properly. My range of motion is much improved and I am back to doing day to day activities. The front desk staff specifically Adrianna was always kind and went out of her way to make sure my appointments worked with my busy schedule. I could not recommend this place enough.

My experience with the therapist at Elizabethton has been excellent. The care and treatment from everyone there has been far above what I have had at other PT brands in this area. From the front desk to the students they are training the level of care is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone needing care.

Cora Physical Therapy in Elizabethton is awesome!! The therapists are so knowledgeable, and everyone is so kind and helpful! I am so thankful I have gotten to work with them :!! I am especially thankful they have a sports certified specialist on staff since my injuries were related to running and hiking.

I went to Cora Physical Therapy in Elizabethton for problems I was having with my feet. Charles and Walker went above and beyond to ensue that my progress was on an upward slope. The front desk staff specifically Adrianna was always welcoming and assisted me with making my appointment's. I could not recommend this PT establishment enough. Best in town!

Have been going to physical therapy for months for my neck and wrist.   The staff at Cora is awesome,  knowledgeable,  encouraging, and great at their jobs!  Highly recommend the therapy received by all, especially Holly, Charles,  Rachael, and Walker.  They make you work for those outstanding massages!

I have a broken wrist that is still healing and after 8 weeks in splints and cast had no movement or use. I started therapy with CORA and after 2 visits have seen great improvement. My hope has been restored that I will regain use of it again. The staff have been kind and gentle but know what works to improve use and function. Thank you CORA physical therapy.

Back with 2nd daughter.  Wife got relief after back injury, then my eldest daughter had a broken foot she needed to recover from. Now we are back as a family for our youngest.  She is recovering from a car wreck.  Lumbar back and hip pain. I wait with 1# soft hand weights and do a short, LIGHT, arm and SITTING workout.
