I had an issue and they fixed it thank you guys I appreciate it. I am really happy that they called me and the branch manager worked something out for me. Good job actually GREAT JOB. They are always friendly and I am definitely happy about the turn of events.

I was qualified to get a no credit check loan from the bank, but the head loan officer Jessie denied my loan application due to my so call financial history including my credit being close which has nothing to do with my attempt of getting the loan in which I am qualified for. The loan officer have had personal issues against me for a long time with no apparent reason causing him to treat me very unfairly and he needs to be stopped and terminated from the financial institution. The corporate, public affairs, and even the news need to step in.

Ms Joyce and Ms dawn are always available when I need them.

I been trying to get in contact with this company for at least a week to get a new debit card .. all there representative are busy and wont pick there phone up plus there voice mail box Is full so you cant even leave a message
