Attendants very nice and willing to help. The ticket machines sometimes do not give a receipt even when clicking the button to print it and they do not take AMEX which can be a bit inconvenient if that's all you have.
Safe/reliable garage, and free if you leave after 7pm and on weekends. Just be sure to leave before the gates shut in the morning or you'll be stuck paying for a full day. -1 star because the elevator is a bit scary - I always take the stairs
I parked here for an afternoon performance of Aladdin at DPAC. After the show, I waited on line 45 minutes to pay and exit the garage. There was only one person collecting the parking fee, and while she was processing my credit card, she was also talking on the telephone!
I actually love this parking garage because the layout is far superior with the separate ramp for exit. You may read this and believe I'm being ridiculous, but compare parking here to parking at the garage on American Tobacco campus after a Bulls game lets out and you will understand and appreciate.
Didn't give me a ticket because it was after hours, but locked me in before their official operating hours 8am forcing me to pay $14 for a full day's worth of parking. Number listed on the stations for help doesn't connect to anything.
Machine never provides a receipt after payment.
