I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cordoba or the entire office staff. Everyone was so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.
MY ADVICE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ORTHODONIST IS RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE! The other reviews obviously did not have any complications but should any issues arise be ready for them to charge even more than they quoted. My daughter had a retainer that didn't fit so they took scissors to it to fix it and then when that didn't work they want to charge $220 for a new one! They know you have no choice at that point so you are forced to pay whatever they want to charge. They of course asked my daughter have you ever not worn it and she said she didn't have it on a weekend trip so they of course blamed her and took no responsibility to fix the situation. You've been warned.
I took both of my daughters to Dr. Cordoba several years ago. Even though he was far away we chose him for his excellent credentials, clean office, and pleasant staff. Dr. Cordoba can explain things to those of us who are not in the medical field in a way we can understand. I wanted the best for my children. My girls still get compliments on their smiles all the time.
Very disappointed with Dr. Córdoba’s work a board certified Dr. He doesn’t seem to care for final results, or his reputation. We paid two treatments, and years of braces to see my daughter’s permanent retainer fail off soon after finishing treatment. Some of his staff behave very dismissive just like him, no bedside manners, no love for their work.
Great experience! I get compliments on my smile ALL THE TIME! Dr. Cordoba is so nice and makes you feel very comfortable, and the receptionists are always sweet and very accommodating to busy schedules. Definitely recommend.
