Rude and very bad service - They will make sure you don't get a dollar back on your deposit. we went over 30 mins before all the guests left the party and the charge was whopping 500$, We got food from outside and never used Kitchen - But there was griddle damage blamed on our party. I have an excel sheet of charges and surprisingly they came back exact 500$ which is the exact amount i paid in as deposit. Hope to never rent with them - the total i had to pay for the service for whopping 1470$ for 6 hours - with all additional expenses you have to bear in mind. When the hall was reserved - Staff explained we could have food and beverages outside but the person in charge during the party did not even open the sliding doors and did not let the people out with drinks. Very little coordination - As the host you will have very little time to give explanation to everything which was agreed upon. Overall pretty disappointing - If i had a chance in this review i would give 0 start instead of 1.
