My autistic son had yet been seen by a dentist that had been willing to take the time to make sure he was comfortable with dental work. Dr Creem spent time with him and did a thorough exam. Dr Decker did a wonderful job when he had to have surgery to remove some teeth. I look forward to both of my children receiving dental care with these caring individuals. The assistants and staff do such a great job making everyone feel comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!!
The staff treated us like they were looking at animals in a cage. Coming around the corner one by one to stare at us. One of them asked my kids their relation to me… one of my children is significantly darker skin-toned than me and it was shocking to hear the hygienist ask my child who I was to them and if their siblings were their own. One doctor held my three year olds mouth shut on a bite wing X-ray and he was crying and she kept the hold on him until I said that’s enough for today. He cried out that she hurt him and tears were streaming down his face. She sharply said she didn’t and I was in shocked at how she forcefully held his small mouth pinched over the X-ray until I intervened. I’m disgusted by the treatment. That was my 3 year old’s first appointment. There was also no other parent listed on their forms and the hygienist repeatedly asked me questions about their fathers dental hygiene in front of the kids. I was asked what I do for work and where I live. They scheduled an appointment to put my 3 year old to sleep to get the X-ray - EXTREMELY dangerous and unnecessary! He’s 3! I will never return.
Very nice..everyone was very friendly and explained everything to my little before her apt and durring
3 kids ages 8,12, &13 having been with Dr. Jen from the start. The staff is always friendly, helpful & understanding!
I’m confused to why the reviews are less than 5, although working with the public… I’m truly not… But in my daughters 11 years, and my prior childhood - The receptionist is even the same from my younger days!!! I love this office and their staff. Wish we were still in the Exeter area!
The people at this location are rude and unwelcoming. They seem to have an attitude problem, and or not like their job.
Do not go here, especially if your child has sensory issues and/or a gag reflex. The dental hygienist was extremely impatient makes you wonder how she got a job working with children with my son and literally kept jamming the part of the xray receptacle in his mouth, making his teeth ache afterward. He was in pain for one tooth, and they told me he had 4 cavities that needed to be filled, even though I was there for an emergency. They did absolutely nothing at the appointment other than scar my son and try to take me to the cleaners. GET A SECOND OPINION! I can not stress this enough. Luckily, I found an amazing pediatric dentist is Dover called Haas Dental, my son was seen the same day I called and they extracted the tooth for me! P.S. The office at Core Physicians is not kid friendly either, they are literally blocking all the toys with chairs in the waiting room...
We recently had a dental emergency where my young son fell in the evening and knocked a tooth back into his mouth. We were panicked and didn't know what to do. Dr. Jen and her assistant Janice met us in the office at 8 pm and calmly and kindly pulled the tooth. They treated my son with excellent care and were patient with the concerned parents. They immediately put everyone at ease and my son talks happily about his experience despite it being traumatic. I know he will not be afraid to go back in the future and he has healed wonderfully.
Dr. Jen is amazing along with everyone else. Super friendly and they make going to the dentist very calm and fun for young kids. Kids get a coin after the visit for the super cool toy dispenser. They use different wording for things so young ones understand certain things. Definitely recommend this place
They canceled my appointment today without notifying me. I had to find child care, then drive 30 minutes to be told my appointment was canceled as the doctor was out sick. I explained that I was not notified and that I wanted to see another doctor since I was there. They could not fit me it. Needless to say I will be finding a new pcp. Avoid this place if you like to be treated with respect.
