At CORE Gymnastics, our mission is to help children build strength and character through basic, yet fundamental skill progressions. We provide a safe, positive and challenging environment where children can learn to work through their failures and frustrations and turn them into learning opportunities and successes.
Why gymnastics?
Gymnastics is an activity that all children should participate in. Children who do gymnastics on a regular basis learn how to have fun and be safe with movement while increasing flexibility, building strength, learning how to take risks, and improving hand-eye coordination which will result in better performance in all other sports. In addition to the physical benefits, gymnastics also helps improve focus and concentration, helps build time-management skills and improves cognitive ability.
