Drove 80 miles one way to drop off or exchange a board and there is a sign on the door. Due to the pandemic we are no longer accepting walk ins. How about put that on your site. Theres a concept. Covid was 3 years ago.

I purchased a repair service thru ebay.com. My microwave was not heating due to faulty control. I am having same problem, no repair, out of pocket about $155. Same problem with my microwave after they, so called, fixed my control board. They told me that there might be something else causing the problem. I stated them what was my problem with the microwave prior repairs. They are the expert in this field. Should have told me that problem is something else rather than control board and should not done any repair of the board. I asked them what part they replaced on the board. I did not see anything was replaced. NO REPLAY They asked me if I got a professional looked at it. I told them, I am certified in electronics. I can call for a repair service. Are they going to pay the cost of repair service if it is the control board. By the way the control board has one year warranty. NO RESPONSE
Ordered to get my dryer control board repaired through their eBay listing. Worst mistake with these people. I paid $200 plus shipping to get my part fixed which another mechanic verified was broken and they sent it back and it still didn't work. When I asked what's the deal, they said they checked it and found nothing wrong with it. So they charged me full price and did absolutely nothing. I asked for a refund and they said they don't do free diagnoses. Why do diagnoses cost $200??? Just buy a new appliance or look elsewhere, don't waste your time with this company.
