Anna Katharine Mansfield is an Associate Professor of Enology, and supervises extension-related research, the EnoCert program, and B.E.V.-NY [Business. Enology. Viticulture.] Chris Gerling is an Enology Extension Associate, and oversees the New York State Wine Analytical Lab (NYSWAL) and the Vinification and Brewing Lab. Chris also coordinates B.E.V.-NY, Cider and Distillation courses, and other outreach activities. Pam Raes manages the NYSWAL, Luann Preston-Wilsey manages the V&B, and Cortni Stahl aids in extension programming and cider outreach.
