What a wonderful experience! I purchased my wife’s engagement ring, and our wedding bands from Cornell’s and could not be more satisfied. Jenna and team made the process of finding the perfect ring so comfortable and a ton of fun! Jenna spent so much time listening and helping us get exactly what we were looking for…. Amazing experience all around with knowledgeable, friendly people helping us along!
Beautiful display of lovely jewelry. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. I definitely had an amazing experience finding the perfect gifts for my husband and self.
Referred by a friend, who happens to know the manager there. She was able to have him meet with me for engagement rings. Cornell has a luxurious atmosphere and service. They provide you with beverages and bring you to a private engagement ring room upstairs. I came in a second time with my boyfriend unannounced and the manager still took the time to see us which I greatly appreciated. You don't feel pushed here. The staff is friendly and laid back but engaging. The one thing I like about this place is that you can browse freely around their main jewelry floor.
Sunny, was the first Jeweler I met when I visited for a few gifts I bought last Christmas. She is amazing and so much fun. I was in the other day and met Kingsley, whom is also a wonderful Jeweler. She walked me through several items and I was able to pick out 3 items and I think they were excellent choices. If you need expert advise and have doubts. Cornell’s is the place to go. I have never bought Jewelry in the USA. I was always buying international as I traveled. But Cornell’s is now my go to. Thank You!
So far I’ve been waiting over 5 months on a simple repair of my Seamaster from Omega. Purchased late August 2022 for my wedding, this watch has officially been at the repair center for longer than I’ve had possession of it. I understand Cornell’s has no control over Omega, but they do have control over their own communication during the waiting period. The communication has been extremely poor as sales is their clear priority. To my knowledge, they have not advocated for my repair to be escalated, and have given me 3 different completion dates which have come and gone. I intended to pick up the watch and buy more pieces from them this year as anniversary presents, however I cannot trust in a business that will take a customer’s money and do the bare minimum in the way of following up if there are any issues afterward. Given that I had the watch for five months before this necessary repair, I would expect them to go above and beyond for me. It feels like buying a brand new car then waiting a year to drive it. If looking to purchase or repair a luxury watch, I would seek another authorized dealer.

I cannot adequately describe my appreciation for her kind, patient, flexible, and intelligent support while creating a ring that I was proud to present to my now fiancé. She worked with me through a multi month process including the selection and use of a more obscure material. Final product was incredible! Service was impeccable! Will definitely be referring friends!
Great experience shopping for a new timepiece with Franca. She was very helpful and patient during my 2 visits tried on every color, side-by-side comparisons, back and forth, etc. until I finally decided on the right piece. I absolutely love the watch I picked and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Designed my perfect wedding ring. Cornell’s worked with the designer to incorporate stones from my mom’s ring making it so special. Maintaining it is easy - just stop in and they take care of the rest. And I certainly don’t mind taking a peek at all the other beautiful pieces!
I purchased an Engagement ring with Cornell’s Dave went out of his way to find the perfect diamond for me. Jenna was amazing and continues to help when we need it. I was so pleased with the way they do business I returned to purchase our wedding bands. Cornells has earned my business and I will continue to go back in the future.
I found Cornell's Jewelers when I was looking to have a custom design made. It was such a wonderful experience! Sunny and Michele were amazing! They gave me a lot of great suggestions and worked with me to create the custom pendant I wanted. The finalized design incorporated all of the elements I wanted and the rendered images they showed me were very nice. The completed pendant turned out even more beautiful than I could've imagined.
