I am extremely dissappointed with my dining experience. I ordered a panini for takeout. What I got was a very sad excuse for a panini if you can call it that. It was barely toasted/pressed. There was almost no cheese and it was extremely dry. When I attempted to eat it the whole thing fell apart. This was unacceptable at best, deceitful advertising, low standards for food quality and customer service. You should do better!
The salad used to be good, I got two yesterday, the portion size of the topping was 1/2 of the portion compared to the one I got the day before. I called the the store and the manager on duty told me "that 's impossible " without saying "sorry". What happened with the customer services ?
Not clean, chicken sandwich had chopped up leftovers instead of chicken slices. No lids for cups to be found, and tea was terrible. Would not recommend at all or be back ever.Food: 2/5
From the few times I tried their sandwiches and soups, I would say it is okay. I usually ordered the foods to-go, as I only ate here during my lunch breaks. The paninis, for take-out, were quite sad honestly. The soups were either too bland or too salty. The tomato basil was probably the most bland soup and the broccoli cheddar would be the most salty soup on their menu. Customer service was fair, despite the fact that they were not busy during the times when I went. Overall in my opinion, the food here is overpriced for the portion size and how they taste.
Oatmeal served cold. Doubled order on the coffee. Trash inside overfilled to the point a fork on the floor. I ate and drank my coffee and trash still overfilled. 11:00 a.m. it's not even crowded. Nothing worse the eating in a trashy place. Appearance is everything, makes you wonder while eating cold oatmeal.
Second time they put a soup on top of another soup smh. Bottom lid melts off. Also can't get refunded cause it online order...
Honestly I was disappointed. The potatoes were very hard, assuming they were sitting there for a while. The eggs were not cooked very well. Can get a much better breakfast for the same price elsewhere. My first time here and will be my last.
Horrible service! We ordered sone Pancakes and we noticed that they had a weird flavor like soap or bleach . We ask nicely to get a new order and the workers they not even care and we never get our pancakes or an apology,literally nothing. I told them that we were leaving and they didn't care about it not being professional to give us a refund.
We used to love this place, however the service is so bad now.... People works here don't care at all, we were service the wrong food without plate and utensils, when I asked for forks one of the girls gave me a big altitude. Sad to say, I will not come back again, good luck with the business.
I’m Muslim ordered a Mac and cheese they added bacon ontop of bread crumbs. Maybe was funny to them maybe pulled a joke on me ? I don’t know but I also found a light brown hair in my panini not mine. It’s okay what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger.
