Corner Cafe

A small cafe. Clean. Great atmosphere. My eggs were cooked perfectly, sausages were larger than most places, and it was delicious. Coffee was very much to my liking. Prices are very reasonable. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean. Recommend this place.

The food is great. Breakfast prices are a bit high and portions seem to have gotten a bit smaller. Servers were good. Management "service" is another thing. The fact that it doesn't seem like they care to get much business is the problem. They seem to constantly have days where they are randomly closed. They're only open during the day. Many people like to eat in the evening!! They rarely respond in Facebook messenger. They don't take to go orders over the phone. In fact, they don't even have a phone number anymore which is ridiculous for a restaurant. They only take cash which is sketchy. The side door sticks terribly so if you're not aware of that you will assume they are closed because you can't open the door. Just very hard to support a local small business when they aren't taking the steps to gain that support from customers. Seems they don't need/want much business.

Server was so nice and always checked up on us. Very friendly. Parking: Street parking and parking in back with back entrance.

Small local diner in the center of town. All day breakfast is why i came in. ....No Covid restrictions taken... no staff masks or gloves I sat and the staff was attentive and took my order quickly. There were a few noticeable cleanliness issues right away lipstick on my coffee cup and debris on the table and floor. My breakfast arrived in about 10 minutes but it was hot and prepared almost 100% correct. The Ham had a wierd taste and the biscuits and gravy were bland. The eggs were cooked improperly, hash browns were ok. After the food arrived no one came by to offer more coffee or even give me my check. Overall an ok experience, $ 20 bucks was my check....i will try the other local eateries next time im in town.

This place has cute atmosphere. The food was average. They were short staffed and you could definitely notice. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated and the waitress although very busy took a long time to acknowledge us. This place also only accepts cash as payment.Food: 3/5

I liked the local experience. It seemed like there's a lot of regulars and an older crowd. The waitress takes her time, but she seems to know everyone. Definitely do not come here if you are in a hurry to eat. Glad I was not. I asked for rye toast and got white bread however the waitress thought it was rye bread and said it was a different kind of rye bread not marbled or dark. I know my rye bread this was not Rye it was a white bread. I didn't make an issue out of it and ate the white bread anyway. The rest of the breakfast was great!
