Corner Copia Gardens

When the last owner had this nursery a couple years ago, I spent a lot of money purchasing shrubs for my new yard. The staff at that time assured me they'd all survive. 6 months later, only one was left and the owner told me I got bad info from their staff. Gee, ya think? The new owners most likely have invested a lot of money into building a beautiful nursery with awesome varieties. I’d love to see them put in a little espresso bar with a little seating area, surrounded by colorful plants and maybe offer some gardening classes. It would be great if they could find more employees that actually know plants, but like every other business, struggling for qualified help…..no one wants to work! Last month I asked the young cashier a question about a plant and was told they’d only worked there for a year and suggested I Google my question. It’s hard to know everything about every plant. Guess that’s why God gave us Google and Siri and Alexa and PlantSnap, etc…. Please give this place another chance. It could be growing pains combined with lack of quality help.

Beautiful gardens and available plants. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I found a lot of plants that I just have not seen at all at the nurseries back at home. I will be stopping by again next time we are in the area.

For two years I have purchased from Cornicopia. I’m sure I’m not their biggest client and I’m not the worst as I do spend money and visit several times a year. My 3 star rating replacing my 5 star usual rating is because sometimes calling saves time or money. The call I just finished with the woman in the office “finishing Orders” had the tone of I’m too busy and self absorbed to be bothered by your call. Followed by not muting the phone before sighing loudly and complaining as she hung up. Ocassionally visiting I run into someone here that feels put out answering my questions and possibly pointing me in another direction or offering alternatives. In business I really wish I could afford to treat people as unworthy customers. I like the variety of plants they Cary in the nursery. If you’re looking for charm personality or friendly empathetic service it’s not here. Disappointed a few times but now I feel like expressing it in a review. Last years plants were great. I’m sure you won’t miss my money this year.

We love Conrer Copia. Always find new plants we don't have. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We drive an hour to go here and have no regrets. Always a great experience.

I loved this nursery! Didn't have time to look at everything - only the gift we were there to purchase today. Can't wait to return & explore more. Only disappointment was that the prices seemed really high. Could be I haven't shopped for good quality plants in a while. Not sure to be honest.

Really like this place and it's close to home. Not crazy about what seems to be higher than the usual prices. Especially on the ceramic pots. Not to mention $26 hanging Boston ferns. And am I'm wrong that your plastic watering cans were priced at $42??? Please tell me I'm wrong or was it buy 1 and get 2 free??? Yeah they were pretty colors but really. Atleast that's what the wife said they were priced at. Hoping she got that wrong.

The staff is knowledgeable, smart, polite and helpful. Best nursery in the area.

I was asking about plants I had purchased there last year like 15 of them and was told it was a bag for ferns. I said no the plant below the paper bags for ferns in the ground. I was really taken back how I was spoke to as a customer. bo
