Consistently horrible service. NEVER ANY PAPER IN THE PUMPS FOR RECEIPTS, EVER!!! Tried to submit a complaint on their website, and true to brand, it wouldn't let me. Closest station to my house but absolute last resort.
The staff's response is not good. Despite noticing me, staff was eating McEn'cheese and had to wait a few minutes before paying. Instead of handing over the change and the receipt, I was rolled over to the counter, which made me feel murderous. If you buy two sweets, you should get one free, but the store clerk was stupid and charged the normal price. The toilet is also dirty. Poor assortment. Prices are also high. It's several times better to eat weeds and play in the fields.
The pumps are nice and spread out and there are a lot of them!
Fountain machines never work, they've had a sign for months saying "no ice and all drinks come out flat". Bathrooms never even have soap to wash your hands. Staff always look miserable, customer service gives me DMV vibes. You bring these issues up with the staff and they look at you like it bothers them and like it's not their problem.
I used to come here every day to grab a kolache and a drink. I'm not sure what happened, if the change was staff or management, but whatever changed the service has become really terrible. Their soda fountain used to have a great selection, and now a majority don't even work... And haven't worked in many months... Things are frequently out of stock as well. Very sad to see...
I like to get gas at this location due to how it’s well located near Panther Creek Parkway and has good prices on gas. Circle K is known for their location and proximity to other local businesses. With the rise in gas prices, Circle K has some of the lowest prices in this area.
It’s pretty disgusting to not have soap in the bathroom
Half of the pumps are out of service. The ones that do work mask you to come inside and of course they only employ one person so there's a line.
Quite possibly the slowest pumps in DFW.
BEWARE!!!! this place is ripping people off at the pump Station. I wanted to try this place out but since it was close to my house. so while pumping gas i notice it was going a little longer than usual. when i looked up it stated it had pumped over 21 gallons of gas in to my car. which is crazy since i have an 18 gallon capacity and on top of that it had 1/4 tank of gas. that still is not the crazy part. once i started my car up it showed i only had 3/4 tank. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!
