I Purchased a monthly car wash pass at this location. 60 to 70% of the time when I go there the car wash is non-operational. The last time I went in I Purchased some refills for my e-cigarette. Along with some other items they were put the bag and I never saw that the clerk had given me the wrong kind. When I went back into exchange them the man at the counter told me there were no exchanges. I reminded him that I just bought them and that I shop there all the time and he knows me and he knows this is not the kind that I usually get. He just smiled shrugged her shoulders start to walk back towards the back area and said there’s no exceptions. I have begun shopping at the other location. It’s a little bit longer drive for me as I live right behind this location. However I don’t get frustrated with the car wash not working although the car wash at the other location isn’t as good as the one at this one
RIP OFF! Went thru the new car wash, used my card and no car wash. I got no receipt, nothing happened. I went back thru the wash, used my card again, got a receipt and car wash without a problem. Checked my bank statement that nite, and had two charges showing for the wash. Went back the next day and was told to come back on Memorial Day to speak with the manager. Couldn't come back on Monday. I went back Tuesday and was told with no receipt, no refund. I was told I should have come in the Friday before. The manager even refused to give me a free car wash for the first one for which I did not know I was billed and did not get a receipt. RIP OFF! THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE....
Nice gas station with clean restroom. Staffs are friendly and helpful in picking up travel items. #HappyVisiting
They sent me away with my international license I will never come to this gas station any more rude staff they won't accept my international license she said corporate ssaidso for me to leave..very rude.....but yet the young blonde lady is too busy talking about how high she is with some random guy standing there gross.
Location is super unprofessional and very rude I walked in there with a mexicol license and my passport and they would not allow me to buy any alcohol beverages there very racist I will definitely never never ever come to this location again not only have a lost my business but 5 other families businesses because they all have also visas and Mexico license will never return hear again they should check their professionalism in customer service horrible.
Every time I come in for "Sweet Tea" its not sweetened. Card machines on pumps don't work either.
I’m a fan of coke icees. I haven’t seen the Coke icee work in months.
The lady at the counter was busy talking to her friend rather then doing her job.
