The entire team at Cornerstone Animal Hospital is super helpful & personable. Given how busy they are, they take the time to really get to know all of the patients and ensure you feel important and heard when expressing concerns! I’m a nut job when it comes to Bun rabbit and they’re extremely patient with me & always work with me on getting him everything he needs to be as healthy as possible. Highly recommend - huge shout out to Dr Benson, Hannah manager, and Kat their lead receptionist for always being on the ball! Thank y’all for all you do!

I love this place! They are so attentive and caring with all of their patients. My guniea pig, Spigot, had an abscess on his side that needed to be removed. Spigot came back with lots of energy and the staff regularly called to check on him to make sure he was okay. I’m only a college student and the surgery was definitely pricey but the staff was very kind and helped me figure out a payment plan if needed. I will definitely be back to bring my other guniea pig for a check up.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my first experience with Cornerstone Animal Hospital! This review may be lengthy, but I feel it important to share how impressed I was with the care I received for my sweet fur baby. I was greeted with a warm welcome from the moment I walked in and was almost immediately brought back to a room. This allowed my cat to find comfort and security in his own space before being seen. I myself was also able to relax a little before his checkup. The entire office was very clean and created a comfortable atmosphere. My cat has a few extra needs than most, so I was nervous as to the outcome of his behavior and what the vet would find. Dr. Basinger and the entire staff answered all of my questions and I had a lot! with care, knowledge, patience, and time. They gave a range of options and were honest with his possible long-term prognosis. I truly felt like they treated me and my cat like family. Dr. Basinger completed the most thorough exam and ensured my cat had all of his needs taken care of. Dr. Basinger and his vet tech were very calm and patient with both of us and made sure to make my cat's visit as comfortable as possible. I also found the entire staff had wonderful personalities and a sense of humor, which made my mind feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough! I also greatly appreciated that the cost was discussed upfront before any treatment was completed. The paperwork was also seamless and now I have a detailed file of what was completed. I look forward to coming again, and I am so grateful I found this office!

The staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The vet was awesome. He took the time to call me and let me know what was going on w my Holland Lop bunny. Later that afternoon, when I picked up my bunny, he came out to greet me, tell me what meds he was getting, and explained what the problem was, and if I had any questions!! Even more so, he gave me information that was the opposite another vet gave me, and why my little guy was not getting better!! I should have went here in the first place!!! 5 stars!

I was quite apprehensive on my first visit. I have a beautiful dog with issues because she had been abused as a puppy. She is hard to handle and other vets could not do it to my satisfaction. Well, Cornerstone was the answer. My dog and I were so pleased and well taken care of. Doctor was so knowledgeable and confident, yet gentle and caring. Thank you to all the staff. YOU are awesome.

My leopard gecko was recently injured, and they were very quick to make sure he was brought in and seen as soon as possible. Everyone was extremely kind and it was clear to me they all have huge hearts for animals- big or small they treat them all like the family they are! I will definitely be returning!

Very kind, but I wish we had longer talks about what it would take to spring back from an issue before performing xrays and racking up a higher bill. My doctor specifically was a very kind woman who showed the same amount of compassion the next visit.

Cornerstone Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing!! I needed to get an annual checkup on my ferret, Pickles. They got me in exactly when I wanted to be in, and the staff was amazing and so kind to Pickles and I. Docotor Benson was very informative about Pickles’ care and let me know about everything that was happening in a very timely manner. I really suck with names, but the nurse that was also helping with Pickles was extremely sweet and quick at what she was doing! Thank you so much, Cornerstone!! you guys definitely exceeded my expectations, we will be coming back!

My little dog was seen for her annual checkup, and I couldn't be more pleased. Every person we met with was friendly, caring, efficient, and so patient with my girl who was anxious about being there. I trust their expertise, their knowledge, and their gentleness with Beth.

We LOVE Cornerstone Animal Hospital! They are by far the best veterinarian clinic we have ever been to. I cannot recommend them enough. The staff is always so welcoming, kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to care for us and they really truly do care about us and call to check up on us after surgery. Dr. Benson is very experienced in exotic animals of all kind so if you need a specialty vet this is the place to go.
