We are a mix of full-time and seasonal staff working alongside our students to prepare tasteful and fresh meals for a relaxing and casual dining experience for our CU community.
Cornerstone University Food Service offers a wide variety of meal choices, working to stay on top of the latest culinary trends and techniques, while also maintaining traditional favorites. The 2011 remodel of the Dining Commons expanded our facility, creating new serving stations to accompany our soup, salad, deli, and hot entrée buffet. For breakfast, we now offer a made-to-order omelet bar, a waffle bar, and two hot entrée’s with sides. The Chef’s Choice is our presentation cooking station, where you will find our chefs working with fresh ingredients to create unique dishes. Joe’s Pizzeria is home to our stone-fired pizza oven where our artisans work with homemade dough and our own specialty sauces to create a variety of delectable pizzas. Our Deli offers a self-serve Panini grill, a daily hot sandwich or sub, and the traditional cold cut selections.
The Dining Commons is open from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday through Friday and offers five meal options. On Weekends three meals are offered at traditional meal times.
