This has got to be the SLOWEST building department ever and their new I’ve seen them for over 3 months staff apparently just work there and don’t know how to work. They wait for the supervisor to finish their job to come help them at the counter, they help one person, then they take break. To resubmit plans it takes over an hour. This happens to me all the time. City Manager please have the Building Official hire competent people and have at least 3 people at the counter. 3 monitors and only 1 in use because the 2nd person is always on break or lunch. Today just finished with my patience.

Very professional, cheering and friendly staff, they city has a good on-line system that facilitates the project review process. the staff members are very helpful, with a strong knowledge that benefits the projects quality and safety.

Building division opens at 7am.  Inside this room is also Public works, Utility Billing…

Great customer service. The permit techs cannot change the process the process for Corona is long.
