Corona De Tucson Fire District

Back in April my husband had to call emergency for medical. I couldn't breathe as i was breathing fast and was shaking uncontrollably with fever. My husband said it took them 20 minutes. Upon arrival I said I couldn't breath. They told me my oxygen was fine and told me to stop shaking. I couldn't. They then proceeded to make me move onto the gurney when I passed out. After getting me in the ambulance they came in asking my husband if we were fighting. Which we were not. It was 2am and I learned later I had an altered mental status due to my condition. I don't remember the ride but my arrival to the hospital were they told the nurses I had no fever and who knows what else. I coulsnt speak, I was altered and couldnt remember the month we were in. The nurses confirmed my fever was high, I was diaphoretic and unfortunately later learned I was dying from sepsis. They treated me as a mental patient. No compassion and completely ignored all signs of myself having a true emergency. This event has caused such a bad memory from already a bad memory.

I was home alone and there was a big snake in my garage i was very scare a member of the Corona De Tucson Fire Department came over and removed the snake, He was kind very understanding of my fear and very professional

They responded to our home for a medical emergency and they were GREAT! Very knowledgeable, patient & the response time was amazing quick which was very comforting to both of us. They were very careful not to disturb anything in the home & that cleaned up any wrappers & trash. Thank you for your service!

Rattlesnake problem, they came to the house a couple times to pickup a Rattle Snake. Very friendly and quick to respond. They safely picked them up, and released elsewhere.

Cheerful and friendly no matter the time or size of snake.
