Corona del Sol High School located in Tempe, Arizona, United States, was established in 1977 and is a part of the Tempe Union High School District.CampusAs of 2010, Corona del Sol is an open enrollment school. Corona enforces a closed-campus policy. Students attending through grades 9, 10 and 11 are not permitted to leave campus without an adult checking them out for the day. Seniors along with Juniors who exceed their AIMS testing the previous year are only permitted to leave campus with a special ID which can only be obtained with a signed and notarized parent permission form. The buildings of Corona Del Sol are layered with dark orange bricks as well as trimmed with a white paint. The school expanded in 1986 and in 2001.
