We first discovered how wonderful the library is for kids when I started my 2 & 4 year old in the story times this summer. We have since completed the summer reading challenges & are well on our way to 1,000 books by kindergarten. Mr. Martin is great, and the kids love his summer story times at the splash pads. Ms. Sharon’s preschool story time was my daughter’s favorite thing this summer. Ms. Morgan’s toddler story time is always a hit too! So glad we have such a wonderful resource for the community!
This is a wonderful library with great support for studying, such as American computers, printers and study rooms. They have a great kids' space that is decorated very cute. I was surprised at all the activities they have to engage kids and help educate adults. My daughter and grand kids had a great time and can't wait to go back.
I love coming here with my kids. The staff is very helpful. They have great selection of books in the kids section, and teen section. They have study rooms available and they have a passport center which I think is closed since the pandemic. They used to have story time before the pandemic for younger kids. They have computers to use for younger kids as well. Before the pandemic they had a little play area for toddlers by in the kids book section.
I am a member of many Libraries, but the Corona Library is my home library! This is where my heart is. I raised my daughter to embrace reading and respect books, & to love the arts here in Corona since 1998. Today she is in a Library Science Masters program and will be graduating 2023! I am a Genealogy Member, here at the Corona library and attend weekly meetings and workshops. I encourage friends and family to support your local libraries and to get involved in the local library programs. When I walk into this library it’s like traveling to all parts of the world. I especially love it when it’s full of patrons and activity. Come check us out! Here’s a quote I read and want to share. “Libraries store the energy that fuels the imagination. They open up windows to the world and inspire us to explore and achieve and contribute to improving our quality of life. Libraries change lives for the better” – Sidney Sheldon.Feb 24, 2022” Let’s support our local libraries. When in doubt, check out your library. MK
Wifi stopped working mid conference call :
- So cold inside my hands were turning blue. - The two hour parking limits in the parking lot are bizarre. Why would they limit parking to two hours but allow private study rooms for three? - Lack of restraint on teen behavior. Their room is so noisy, and there's no attempt at preventing it.
Friends of the bookstore have an amazing staff... they need to provide these volunteers capes because they are super friendly and take pride in what they do... A big thank you to Taylor! I was in my lunch hour browsing for a kids book, specifically where the wild things are. After not finding it, I asked Taylor super staff member if she happen to see this anywhere in the store, she cheerfully said, “I don’t see it here, but if you give me a moment, I will double check our locations”.... a few minutes later, she came with Where the wild things are! Very happy with this library! It’s clean, well organized and most importantly, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you, Taylor
Love this place. Not a huge one but it is always clean and neat. They have lots of stuff for kids too. Not a huge parking lot but enough spaces to accommodate a busy crowd. Book collections are also good. Overall a very good library.
Great library with great WiFi access and tons of books to choose from. Staff is always helpful. Bathrooms are okay
Love this Library! Staff is so friendly and helpful.
