I've bought several items here the last few years, and love them all. Top quality in every way. I had a minor issue with my backpack and they got back to me promptly and resolved it. I look forward to my next purchase.
Poor customer service and misleading item pictures/descriptions. I have emailed and called multiple time with either no replies, delayed replies, and/or promised replies by a certain time with still, no reply. I ordered a leather bag from their site. The straps on the bag were significantly different. I understand leather can vary in shaded, but should not be significantly different. Also, there was a giant "Coronado" patch on the side, which again, was not depicted. They even acknowledged there was a difference in the items from the pictures I sent. With their clear misrepresentation of the product, they still choose to charge you for return shipping, despite it being their mistake.
I bought a Indy Bison Bomber jacket and I am amazed with the quality. I bought this jacket with my motorcycle in mind, and I was so impressed when I took the bike out to test it. The resilience to the cold, thick leather for a little more security, and the style blows me away! I can take this jacket out to a formal dinner, a casual night on the town, or wear it for ripping up the mountain pass on the motorcycle. This jacket is really tough bison hide and it's starting to form to me after a couple of days. Oh ya, the inside pockets are very spacious. Dimas---Seattle
Purchased a bison leather wallet from Schott NYC who carry their brand. While leather was of great quality, there was exposed glue inside the bill area of the wallet..and a lot of it. I messaged the company about it on their facebook page, then emailed them, and have had no response on either. So after giving them a chance to respond about it, here are pictures of the wallet. Great company with first rate products and they aren't afraid to stand behind what they sell! Ten years ago I purchased a bison hide holster belt. It was fantastic quality and I wore it proudly thousands of times. After all that time, the loop finally let loose and needed to be repaired. I filed a warranty claim with Coronado and sent it back to them with a check for $15. $15 covers the return shipping fee. Since they were unable to repair the belt, they happily sent me a new one and no charge to me. The new belt is just as amazing as the original. I wholeheartedly recommend Coronado and will be doing more business with them in the future. You won't be disappointed.
Bought a Bison Weekender #505 for my wife for Christmas last year and when I received it I was so impressed I bought myself the Bison Duffle #105. Both are amazingly beautiful pieces. I had a little issue with my duffle and they responded to my email about it within the day and had a return label sent to me. I cant blame them for the issue, things happen sometimes, but they made sure to care of the problem no questions asked and even hooked me up with a little gift when I got the bag back. I cant say that I've ever dealt with a business that had such great customer service. Amazing products made in the USA for a great price with great people working there. You cant ask for more. I'll 100% be buying more stuff in the future.

I bought a wallet about 8 years or so ago I used it every day and about a couple months ago and my wallet finally started falling apart I got a hold of customer service and told them what happene. Well I send it back to them and in about three weeks and 5 bucks worth the repair I got my wallet back like new I'd buy another one so worth the buy
