This is an email I sent today because there was no way to contact the proprietors of this business. "I tried to get into my unit today at about noon. The gate was inoperable. After closer inspection it appeared as though someone tamper with it, AKA; broke it. It wouldn’t open but was open enough to squeeze a body through. I call the Adams County Sheriff and a deputy and myself squeezed through and did a quick inspection and found nothing obviously out of place or amiss. Bottom line; I couldn’t get into my locker. I had no contact information to be able to get in touch with a manager. You are closed Monday, so I have to live with the fact that my locker is unsecured until Tuesday. If you are going to raise my rates every 6 months then you sure have the courtesy to give us contact information for situations like this!"
