Corporate Health Resources, Inc. (CHR) was founded in 1986 by Karen W. Cohen, RHIA. CHR is a privately held company, a woman-owned business and a veteran-owned business. CHR is a nationwide examiner network that provides occupational health exams in all 50 states and many international locations as well. Many of our clients have an internal Medical Department and CHR’s staff becomes an administrative extension of a company’s own department. We coordinate exams outside the catchment area of the company’s medical department. For clients without an internal Medical Department, we can provide the same service using your consulting medical director, or physician recommended by CHR.

COMPUTERIZED RECORDS MANAGEMENT & REPORTS
CHR offers a cost-effective alternative to an internal records management department, and can meet all of your recordkeeping requirements, including computerization and hard copy storage. All services are provided under the direction of an RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) with over 25years experience.
CASE MANAGEMENT
CHR provides case management services, in both occupational health and non-occupational health arena. Making our clients happy is CHR’s number one priority. EXAMINER NETWORK SERVICES
CHR utilizes over 10,000 occupational health clinics and physicians nationwide for the purposes of scheduling examinations. CHR does not own or operate any of the collections sites or clinics utilized. It is important to note that these 10,000 clinics and collection sites include what CHR refers to as "the good, the bad and the ugly" or the ones we want to use frequently and the ones we would prefer not to do business with again.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CLINICS
New in 2009, CHR Onsite, LLC was formed to staff a clinic embedded at a client's corporate headquarters. This seamless transition has resulted in significant cost savings to the employer.
