The objective of the CPAA is to:
1. Maintain an ongoing relationship with the Police Department and to encourage support for all law enforcement
2. Improve relations between the police department and the community in all phases of law enforcement activities
3. Increase it's membership by recruiting citizens police academy graduates and encouraging concerned citizens to participate in the CPA course
4. Establish fund raising activities for the purpose of support of the Corpus Christi Police Department, The Corpus Christi Police Academy and the Citizens Police Academy.
