Cortate Furniture

Extremely disappointed with the post purchase follow-up. Obviously there have been significant global production challenges however the lack of follow up from the owners around when our couch will be completed has been very disappointing. We purchased and paid for in full our couch December 12th 2020. We continue to hear excuse after excuse via text from from owners wife about delays. Delivery of bad news is all about positioning. Texting partial information after the fact is not an appropriate method of communication. We will never be purchasing anything from Cortate Furniture ever again. Worst experience and extremely disappointing, especially when attempting to support local business.

Cortate cannot be trusted. They are a one and done, turn and burn, fly by night sham that buries their customers in crappy furniture and false promises. They steered us to purchase a specific sofa brand stating that the manufacturer was “the best to work with” should issues arise. The piece is junk. It looked shabby within a month of purchase. Insult to injury, Cortate has largely ignored our attempts to resolve the issues over the past six months. Buying from Cortate was a huge mistake. We should have gone with a well established company that offers warranties and customer service vs. false promises and zero follow through. Do yourself a favor and avoid Cortate like the plague. They are crooks and deserve ZERO stars.

Buyer Beware! Dishonest sales staff and owner at this store. We showed the sales staff the couch we wanted. They drew this couch on the invoice and the models numbers we thought would go with what they drew. They ordered the couch and it arrived much smaller with completely missing sections. The store owner says its our fault that we did not know the couch model numbers their sales staff wrote down. They also only delivered 3 of the 6 extra pillows we bought and paid in full for and still refuse to give us the missing 3 pillows!! They are un-willing to do anything for us except have us spend additional money with them to purchase the missing pieces their sales staff messed up on. Amy the owner has been very rude and hard to get a hold of. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself a lot of disappointment and time.

Purchased an awesome couch here two years ago! We had a great experience and still love our couch. The couch we had made was built locally and is really great quality. We will be buying more from Cortate!! Thanks.

The prices are rock bottom, the products are high quality, and the people are very nice. I love working with families in today's Walmart society. I heard they recently moved, which is good as the last place were items are picked up had a tendency to have some creepy crawlies. At least our package was a +1. That is why it gets 4 stars rather that 5. Great product, low prices, very nice people.

Realed me in with sweet talk, promises and good deals.. I was promised a couch twice and never received it. Promised me my money back for shipping. Because of inconvenience. How nice right? When it Came to check out and they called me a liar and never gave me.my.free shipping. I was very upset of all their empty promises. They made me feel like I was crazy. I should of listened to my gut when I went in for the first time and another girl was yelling because of their customer service, word to the wise stear clear!

I bought a lot of furniture for my entire home and had an amazing experience! Prices were great, and the service was above and beyond what I would expect. The quality of the furniture was so much better than anything that I have had in the past. Great place to buy your furniture!

This place is a warehouse. You can only look at things in a catalog. They have zero inventory for you to look at. Went here today, Saturday, and had a very bad first impression. I rated their customer service as poor but honestly I wouldn't know. During the 30 mins we stood there we didnt even get so much as eye contact from the guy working there. The one person he was helping must of been pretty important. The store owner and the other guy, who i assume was a customer, only appeared for about two mins from the back section of the store. They then disappeared as if swallowed up by the massive pile of packaged couches never to be seen for the next 20 mins. So I rated the customer service as poor but really it was non existent. Im not going to go back or buy from them but Id recommend to others to save your time and just look at the websites of their suppliers on their blog first. Then maybe call ahead and just order over the phone. I just didnt know it was a tiny warehouse where u apparently need to know exactly what you want and to bring a rope to tie down the owners....my fault.

Honestly 0 stars. Not sure how they are in business after how they lie and treat customers. I am an interior designer and can't believe how they treated not only me but my clients. Don't trust them. Terrible communication skills between the company as a whole and to their customers.

Their staff was great and the prices are good for quality furniture, but some time it is nice to actually be able to sit on a couch before you buy it.
