We attended our friend's wedding. It was beautifully decorated. The outdoor area is breathtaking. The ladies room was beautifully decorated. The food was good. There's plenty of parking.Food: 5/5
Had my wedding here last week. I had an amazing experience. Evan was super helpful and attentive leading up to the wedding as well as the day of. I've had guests raving about the venue, food, and service all week. Highly recommend checking them out!Food: 5/5
Our Son's wedding was a stunningly beautiful event and Evan event director made the entire evening move along seamlessly. The ceremony took place in the garden, surrounded by waterfall feature & beautiful gardens- a dreamy atmosphere. Onto cocktail hour with abundant varieties of amazing food & drinks. The bridal sweet was also abundant with food & drinks. From the bride & grooms first dance, to our incredibly delicious dinner courses, that guests were raving about, to the cutting of the wedding cake, & the generous, delicious Viennese hour, the guests had a fun, & memorable evening. Oh and yes, there was a full dance floor full of guests having a blast. From start to finish, Cortlandt Colonial Manor delivered the best night ever! Thank you Evan & your incredible staff. Great service. Nice place. Their prime rib and duck wings are very good. I also enjoyed their mussel appetizer. The oil and bread they give was also tasty. I did not particularly like the seafood platter. I found it a bit dry, but that might just be my preference and not their issue. I recommend giving this place a try.Food: 5/5
Recently held a meeting there for a community organization. The service was quick, friendly, and accommodating. It's been three years since we held our annual closing meeting before summer due to covid. Our members were happy to return to our usual spot & fellowship with a good meal!Food: 4/5
We had reservations for the 4pm seating on Easter Sunday. It was an absolute horrible experience. Complete bedlam. They only had one carving station and the buffet was terribly organized. Resulting in ridiculous lines. The food was a mess. Looked like slop the way it was presented. Dishes missing and when refilled were cold. The floor around the buffet was filthy and sticky. No one cleaned up any spills that may have occurred. The wait staff was not attentive. Dirty dishes were not removed and drinks took forever to come. At the end we asked for coffee. The bill had come already and they were going to adjust it because we asked for an additional cup of coffee. The bill was $520 dollars, they couldn’t have offered a coffee? We were 8 people and the experience was awful for all of us. Stay away for holidays. They are not prepared in any way for the crowds.
My family has been coming here forever. Came up to visit so we decided to come here. Server was friendly but she forgot many drinks and took her a while to get us what we needed. The strip steak wasn’t flavorful at all. I had to drench it in butter to not be dry. I also ordered it medium so it wasn’t over cooked at all either.Food: 3/5
Delicious dinner tonight! Everyone was so kind, portions were amazing and I am blown away by the decadent appetizers. The grilled calamari steaks have my heart
Cozy, easy going place for all ages, especially good for retirees. Salad bar is always nice and fresh, specials always interesting. While nicely presented nothing here is overly fancy, and they are happy to make substitutions for dietary restrictions. My dining partner had a gluten and dairy intolerance and they made gluten-free pasta and adapted their sauce. My own sandwich was big enough to bring the other half home. And the coffee is phenomenal.
I attended a wedding reception. The food during cocktail hour was good but cold. The dinner was very nicely cooked. I had salmon which was light, tender and flakey. The decor was fine. The semi enclosed outdoor space was lovely with the natural waterfall so beautiful to look at. It was a chilly day so I didnt spend much time in the outdoor area. They did have a fire pit and roasted s'mores at the end of the evening. The staff worked hard and were very friendly.
