Mental Health Private Practice
I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has worked in the field for 17 years. I have extensive experience with adolescents, adults and family. I truly enjoy my work and strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment for my clients. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger management, stress management and family dynamics. I utilize techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and relaxation techniques; with a little bit of humor on the side.
My clientele consists of individuals aged 8-70. I specialize in anxiety disorders and relational issues. I currently accept BCBS, Tufts, UBH and Fallon insurances.
The cost for an intake session is $150.00 and the cost for each session thereafter is $100.00. I accept cash and credit cards.
