My name is Kelsee Carlsen, and I'm a graduate of Phagans' Central Oregon Cosmetology College. I am licensed in hair design, nail technology, and esthetics. I specialize in haircuts, hair color, waxing, and manicures and pedicures.
As well as traditional salon services, I have my freelance license, allowing me to perform services (hair cuts, manicures, and pedicures) in non-salon settings including homes or care facilities.
I also offer special event services, such as wedding and prom hair and makeup.
