I never thought I would need braces because of grinding my teeth but after chipping some of my teeth my dentist referred me to Cosmopolitan Orthodontics. I choose Invisalign and after the first two weeks of learning how to take them out and put them back in it was super easy. Looking back at the pictures from the first visit to the end it really is amazing what can be done in around 12 months. Every single person I dealt with was super awesome to work with and really took the time to explain things to me. I will be back with both of my kids, who are going need braces here pretty soon, thanks!
Cosmopolitan Orthodontics team was warm & welcoming from the moment I walked through the door! Dr. Bonvino explained each step of my treatment and all the Dental Assistants treated me super well too! I felt comfortable throughout my whole ortho treatment! My braces were removed a couple months ago, and I recently had my retainer check appt. I truly LOVE my smile! Cosmopolitan Orthodontics staff are warm & welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The waiting area is a kid's dream come true! Video games, Apple computers, iPads and even a smoothie machine are all there for the kiddos. During our chat with Lesley, I absolutely loved that she spoke to my son, and explained everything in a way he understood. It really made him feel like he was a part of the decision making process. The biggest surprise was that we walked out the door with braces on! Totally was not expecting to be able to get everything completed that day. They are openly conscious of kids not missing too much school...LOVE IT! Cosmopolitan Orthodontics created a fabulous token reward system to encourage kids to do their part in this process. They turned something originally viewed as scary, into a completely pleasurable experience. My son is already talking about what color bands he's going to get next time and wants to find a special place to save his Cosmo Tokens in. Thank You!!!
The staff was great except for Dr. Bonvino. She never gave us all the information, she said our son was looking good and removed his braces then a year later told us he needed another full set. When we questioned her about it she gave us the run around and never gave a straight answer. Now our family is in a huge financial burden because we can't afford to pay for him to get another set of braces. Her plan should have been explained to us from the beginning with options. Offering a payment plan does not help, it's the same price as a car payment.
