I'm so grateful for the the staff at this particular CosmoProf, especially Jenny, Tania, and Melissa. They went ridiculously above and beyond their customer service skills to the point I truly felt like a personal friend instead of qnother countless customer. If you want personalized AND skilled service making the trip to CosmoProf - Provo will ALWAYS be worth it.

The staff here is way friendly & helpful. I prefer the Provo location for that reason. 4 stars for multiple things always being out of stock. I'd like your stores to go back to regular hours, open until 6pm asap please.

This review is A LONG TIME coming. I have been a customer of Cosmo Provo for years like 25. The current staff is so amazing! Tanja, Jenny and the other gals there go above and beyond ALL THE TIME for me!! The other day I placed an emergency order and one of the gals actually brought it to me. They have been so good to me so many times. Thank you girls for making this supply house so great!!

Always feel uncomfortable going because everyone, every time seems to have an attitude. I get that you can have a bad day and not want to deal with customers sometimes so I try not to ask for help often but the times that I genuinely need help from an associate I try to be nice about it, this last time the associate just had the most awful attitude about helping me.. I'm sorry I can't reach the top shelf where the product isn't pulled forward. Isn't it their job to assist customers ? A simple "have a nice day" or "thanks for coming in" goes a long way.

I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to this location than go to any other cosmoprof, the employees are always so helpful and don't treat me like an idiot when I ask questions. They are friendly and sweet, and they are usually stocking shelves or working instead of standing at the desk deep in conversation. At another closer location, I have stood at the desk waiting to be rung up or ask a question for up to 5 minutes before they even acknowledge I am there. I love the Provo Cosmoprof!

The Employees there have helped me MUILTIPLE times! They are such Professionals, not to mention Sweet and Kind! Cosmoprof will ALWAYS be my number 1 hair store because of the ladies there that I consider my friends! Worst customer service of my life. I hate going to this location because all the employees are so rude. First of all they all look like they want to kill themselves, they seem to hate what they do , second they treat you like you are dumb, third they always seem to be gossiping about someone or something, and fourth if I don't have my card out immediatly as I walk up to the register I get eyes rolled at me like in wasting their time. I'd rather drive to another city's cosmoprof then go to this particular location because the customer service is so aweful.

I have been coming to this store for years. I have always enjoyed exceptional service. If my order is large, I call it in to them in advance. They always have it ready for me. Thanks to the entire team!

This store is so clean and organized! As soon as you walk in the door, you are immediately welcomed with a genuine smile. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Terrible costumer service I didn’t know that I needed a license to buy shampoo and the girl was rude and Asked Me Are you licensed at all??? Like wth sorry I just came to buy shampoo lol
