Today's experience shopping at this location was a DELIGHT! First of all Emily was incredibly amazing and sweet. So helpful, so kind. One of the nicest associates I've dealt with in a long time. Second of all the store was FULLY STOCKED. Since the "panorama" our stores were suffering it was really refreshing to walk in and find the shelves stocked with every single thing I went in for.

I would like to thank Sandeep and Emily for a wonderful service today by welcoming us to the shop . I recommend the shop. The staff are very friendly, very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much

I was just at the store. I came in 15 min before store closure. I was rushed to buy my products and when at checkout my bill was $470 just fyi I remembered that I forgot one color. The cashier told me that is 1 min past closing time and if i need another color i should come back at 8 in the morning when they open. Im speechless. So rude and so ignorant. Would never shop here again. Very disappointed. Will take my $$ to other locations where people care about people.

Went there last year spent $200 on products... Everyone was so helpful and happy. Gave my card and no problem. Went today wanted to but 1 colour and 2 nail polish...Gave card number she said no owner has to call in and okay it. Wasn't a problem last year. Now I understand from all the bad Google reviews that this place lacks customer service..I really hope the owner is reading these reviews.... My original place I go to us at Hwy 7 and Martingrove. Don't why I stopped here. But hey lesson learned. Bye.

The staff is unfriendly when you do return or exchange. They are only happy when you spend $500 or more. Rude manager, unwilling to help client. The girl Reida has such horrible attitude. Maybe she needs to color her roots or sth. She’s so rude and not understanding . Sometimes give people a break when they lost there receipt.

Staff is rude and intimidating..if I can give 0 stars I would. I don’t feel welcome coming here & I have stopped coming here since July. I will drive farther and spend averagely $1000 / week at the Bolton or Aurora location now because I just don’t feel comfortable, the employees are very unprofessional.. it’s unfortunate because I live the closest to this one. Until the staff changes I won’t be shopping here anymore. Happy to give the other locations with professional and nice staff my business rather then a rude one. HIGHLY recommend the Bolton location if your in Vaughan looking for a good Cosmo Prof to shop at.

I would give a zero star if i could. This location is lacking so much. Costumer service here is nothing short of horrendous. I called a bunch of times while sitting in the parking lot they didn’t realize i was a costumer parked up and i literally witnessed them ignore each call. Instead, they were chatting with their friends in the store during covid when they weren’t allowed anyone inside after their friends finally left, they answered my call. They sold me unsealed bottles; as soon as i got to my vehicle I noticed and i called them back. No answer. I called a bunch more times, no answer. So i left. I tried to exchange at a few days later, but they refused because of covid. They were the farthest thing from helpful; I had to call head office, and file a report. Head office was helpful, and i was able to get the exchange. This situation caused me so much grief and stress, and wasted alot of my time. Would absolutely not recommend.
