My hair was way overdue for a cut after my hairstylist of 12 years quit doing hair. I scheduled with Christopher for a cut and style today and I can’t be more pleased with how it turned out! He was very friendly, fun and polite to speak with. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. He layered and texturized my thick heavy hair, it feels so much lighter. I had a fabulous new haircut done by Sage @ Cosmos Salon & Spa! I showed her a pic of what I was looking for and she did an amazing job... it turned out wonderful! I needed help correcting an at-home color and cut and messaged Cosmos the morning after the at-home job. Their communication with me through the day was like no other service I’ve had anywhere! They had me send pictures of my hair, what I used, asked what end result I wanted, what I disliked about the current hair. Talked to me about the plan and the cost too. Everyone was so nice and they got me in for a same-day evening appt when I only had three hours for their help/for them to work with my hair. Erica did my hair and she was so great! She was easy to talk to and she cared about what I wanted but also gave me her opinions when I asked for them. So happy I got my last minute hair fix and I’m satisfied it was at this salon! Huge thanks!!

Cynthia is great!!! She always gets my layers looking just right. Plus, she showed me how to curl/wave my hair with the iron to get it looking just the way she styles it. Definitely my go-to styling technique now!

Kim was wonderful.  She listened to what I wanted to have done with my hair and did it for me with enthusiasm and near perfection.  She was quick and professional and turned me on to some new products that will help me style my hair the way I want more easily every day and make it look the way I want it to look. I have been going to Cosmos for 20+ years. Way back when they were located farther West on Mckellips! Over the past year I have cycled through several stylists trying to find someone that was worth the money they charge. I won’t say who, as to not ruin her career, but the first photo is what I got as a final product yesterday from Cosmos. The second photo is gorgeously blended highlights done today in another salon. Just look at how I left Cosmos yesterday? First photo What person would think this looked ok? A big block of a dark color with my original highlights only showing on the edges? Horrible. And in case you are interested, that was a $140 job which was no less than I usually pay for full foil highlights with two colors. Be aware to communicate your exact expectations and don’t leave it up to them to do what “they think will be best.” I will not be a returning customer and have found someone else. If I had any guts, I guess I would ask for my money back, but I will not spend another dime here.

I love the atmosphere and ambiance as you go inside. The front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful they make it a great experience! I go to Ali and she is an absolute goddess of a hairstylist and always executes every haircut/color exactly what I imagined. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!Services:&nbsp;Haircut

Shout out to my girl Holli N!! She did an AMAZING job!! I’m visiting from out of town and was able to get a last minute appointment with her and she not only did a wonderful job on my hair, but was so much fun to hang out and chat with!! 100% recommend her, and Cosmo’s to anyone!!
