I been coming here for years and never had a problem until this last time I came in and got my hair cut. I came in on the 4th and was in the chair by 3:00. Every time I get my hair cut I always ask for the military style cut which takes about 15 to 20 minutes usually the most. The girl who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. Myself and my wife had to tell her numerous times what to do and how to do it. Finally after about 45 minutes she went and got someone else to help her fix it. I'm guessing it was a manager. The manager ended up dropping the clippers while they was running onto my hands and lucky I didn't get cut. The manager fixed it for about 10 minutes then gave the clippers back to the girl and I was in the chair for about a hour and15min I had to tell the girl she needed to straighten the lines and cut the long strands. Remind you my daughter and wife got their hair cuts too and was done way before me. When I got home my wife had to fix my hair and cut off numerous long strands. I called and said something to the manager and all she had was excuses and could say was that she thought the girl was doing a wonderful job and that she would rather have her go slow than to rush. She also stated that she was new which okay I get but then they should of trained her better. They are going to lose a lot of customers this way. I'm also guessing the girl was sick cause she kept sniffling in my ear the whole time she was cutting my hair. And its useless to email the owner cause she doesn't respond back. I defiantly will be going someplace else from now on
Been using this salon for years and never had a problem. Booked an appointment today and had the worst experience ever in there. Explained to the girl how I usually get it and she completely butchered it, Cutting every direction. Had one side with long strands and the other way too short. I've never been so close to having an anxiety attack than i was today was almost in tears when i got home and saw it. Will not be going back
My husband came in and got his hair cut and wanted a military cut which he gets every time. We never before had a problem with them until just today. Myself and my daughter also got our hair cuts and remind you he went before us and was in the chair for over a hour. The girl had no idea what she was doing and I myself had to tell her how he wanted it and finally she went and got one of the other workers to come fix it she left long strands that I had to fix when we got home and didn't even straighten it out until he asked her too. When my husband spoke to the manager all she could say is she would rather have her take her time then go quickly and that she is new. Nobody should be sitting for as long as he did for a simple haircut. Also I think it was one of the managers who fixed it she dropped the hair clippers while it was running on my husband's hands. We definitely won't be back. They are going to definitely lose customers if people have to sit that long.
I went in after growing my hair for 6 months because I wanted a flow because I play baseball and wear a lot of hats. For those who don’t know a flow is long hair in the back that curls and hair on top that’s just below the eyes. I asked the lady who was gonna cut my hair if she knew what a flow was she claimed she knew. In fact she hadn’t I got one of the worst haircuts of my life. After we worked out a quarter inch on the sides and her not even asking about the top or back she started. She buzzed all my hair except the top and left me with a side part.
The ladies, Jillian and Pamela, were GREAT! I booked mine in my daughter's appointments online, her's 15 minutes before mine they took us both at the same time which was awesome and the chairs were right next to each other. Lillian got to work right away chatting with Cal my daughter making her feel comfortable. and within a few min we were done loved it
I was able to get an appointment at the last minute for a cut and color with highlights. The new cut and color looked great.
Pamela is the best <3 She took care of me so well and cut my hair to the proper length. We had an honest discussion about how long an inch was only to find out she was right in the end... I've failed as a man. I now carry a ruler in my pocket everywhere I go.Services: Kids' cuts
Terrible experience. My brother and I both scheduled haircuts, when we got there, there were 3 ladies working and they only did my haircut while the other two ladies sat on their phones instead of helping out my brother. I got my haircut by a lady named Erin, and she was extremely snarky and rude. Making passive aggressive comments the whole time making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Waste of time. Scheduled an appointment for 5:30 pm. Got a msg my stylist was ready at 5:06. Arrived at 5:20. Was told it would be a few mins which is fine because my scheduled time was 5:30. I left at 5:50 with no haircut.. what's the point of scheduling. Get a clue!
