Cost Cutters

This is my second time going for a simple haircut for men and I don't plan on getting a haircut at that place anymore. When I called to make an appointment, the lady told me that the cut for men was 21.50 dollars, then when I was going to pay, she charged me 27.50 dollars. Fortunately I noticed immediately and reminded her of what we had agreed. She played the fool and silently modified the amount to be charged. She not even said sorry or my bad. And I've been nice to keep her tip, but honestly for the attitude she had with me the whole time she was cutting my hair, honestly it was to not give any tip. It seems like she is doing you a favor, when in fact it's her job. I don't expect to be treated with a red carpet, but at least I expect professionalism, and I didn't see that today.

I would not recommend this place at all. I had used their online check in app to ensure I could get my hair cut. When I arrived I wasn't acknowledged and when the stylist finally took me back she and the other stylists complained about how the need to turn off online appointments so they don't have to deal with this. And when she asked me how I wanted my hair cut she rolled her eyes. I get every one has a bad day but this was very unprofessional.

My family and I go to Cost Cutters and have always had the best experience. Tamara is our stylist and she is amazing! She has always given us exactly what we asked for and exceeded our expectations. All of the other stylists are friendly and welcoming as well. Everyone I've seen walks out with a smile. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I will be returning and recommending to everyone I know!Services: Long haircut

They always do a great job on my wife. This time the beautician asked for my input and my wife's input. First time I have ever been involved in her hair styling. I actually enjoyed her letting me make choices and she would make sure I was happy with it before she moved on. Great place. Repeat customers.

I love fiesta! Everyone is so nice and they do a great job! Megan did my cut and I feel like she took her time to make sure I got what I wanted and helped me make choices that would best suit me. Overall, it's great. I've had several stylists do my hair and it's always been great. Prices are good too. Here's a before and after photo of a cut megan did for me. It was a pretty big change for me and I left loving it.
